Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

Deep data QC
89/100 · BStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This Glossina morsitans (tsetse fly) RNA-Seq on HiSeq 1000 spans 3.1 Gb with 42 million reads and moderate quality (93.3% Q20, 85.5% Q30), providing transcriptome coverage for this vector of sleeping sickness. The dataset enables gene-expression profiling related to parasite transmission, reproduction, and immunity. Vector-biology and trypanosome-interaction studies can use this tsetse RNA-seq to understand molecular mechanisms of vector competence.
The B grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
